Information

VACOMASS® flexcontrol is a hard- and software tool for operators of wastewater treatment plants. It contains different functions for advanced aeration control and nitrogen elimination with highest cleaning performance at lowest energy consumption. It contains also different functions for diffuser maintenance. The controller in the VACOMASS® flexcontrol is of advanced PID-type - a flexible P-factor based on artificial intelligence and a multi-stage I-term help to control the DO-concentration much more stable compared to common PID-controller. Thus DO-SET value can be reduced load depending, denitrification gets improved, chemicals and energy consumption reduced. The VACOMASS® flexcontrol can be used in all wastewater treatment plants using activated sludge process with pressurized air and submerged diffuser - inaeration tanks and zones, in grit chambers, distribution channels and other aerated tanks.
